Short synopsis: Everybody has had annoying neighbors, but Raymond Huffman, a short-tempered homophobe, and Peter Haskett, a cocky homosexual – both alcoholics – are in a league of their own. The two roommates terrorize their neighbors with aggressive yelling and loud insults day in and out. Two college students start to record them and create an 80s pop culture phenomenon, by accident. The viral medium isn't YouTube; instead tapes get passed around between friends. The audio recordings of Peter and Raymond are broadcast on the radio, performed in theater plays and used in comic books. The two of them are famous and, at the same time, the only ones that don't know anything about it.
